When I reached the age when most girls start dating and driving, I was playing with dolls and watching cartoons. I was way young for my age. The only time I ever showed interest in doing what others were doing was when adults asked me stuff because they assumed I was excited about boys and getting my license and applying to college. I didn’t give a single shit about any of that, but I would smile and say “yes I’m so excited,” blah blah blah. I literally just wanted to play My Little Pony in my room. Obviously, this was weird to people. My friends would tease me and say I needed to get laid or some stupid thing. Like ok, that might be what a normal 17 year old cares about, but not me.
